The conference fee includes full access to all scientific sessions, keynotes and poster presentations, as well as the complete conference materials. It also includes refreshments during coffee breaks, daily lunches and admission to the official social evening, which offers an excellent opportunity for networking and informal discussions.

The registration fee includes participation in the scientific program and accompanying company exhibition, printed materials, refreshments during coffee breaks, lunches, welcome party, social evening, and VAT.
*If you register using the student registration fee, you will be asked to provide proof of student status when registering on site.
All prices are final and include full conference services. The registration fee is payable upon submission of the registration form, based on the issued pro forma invoice.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of the registration is only possible in written form by email sent to the conference secretariat at amca@amca.cz.
Cancellation of Participation
- Until 16 August 2026: no cancellation fee; an administrative fee of 150 CZK will be charged
- From 17 August to 4 September 2026: 50% of the registration fee
- From 5 September 2026: cancellation fee of 100%
