Presentation types and durations
- Plenary Lecture – 60 minutes (50+10 Q/A)
- Keynote Lecture – 40 minutes (35 + 5 Q/A)
- Contributed Talk – 20 minutes (16 + 4 Q/A)
All times include discussion.
Uploading your presentation
- Presentations may be submitted on-site at the registration desk in the Slides Centre, from where they are automatically sent to the lecture halls.
- Via Online upload system. The link and password will be provided to participants approximately one week before the conference. Participants will be able to upload their presentations online in advance at any time. The password will be sent to participants approximately one week before the conference.

- PPTX or PDF
- Recommended aspect ratio: 16:9
On-site presentation setup
Each lecture hall will be equipped with a PC displaying the list of presentations for the current session. Click on your presentation to start.
Poster presentations
Please bring a printed poster for your presentation.
- preferred size and layout: A0 (height 1189 mm × width 841 mm), portrait layout
- A1-sized posters (portrait or landscape layout) will also fit the poster boards
- Materials for fixing posters will be available on the boards
Poster session
The poster session takes place in the foyer near the registration desk (hotel) on Monday, September 9, from 19:30. Posters may be displayed for the entire duration of the conference and can be put up from Sunday, 16:00. Materials for attaching your poster will be available on site.
We would like to ask the authors to be present at their posters during the poster session.
