Presentation types and durations
- Plenary Lecture – 60 minutes
- Keynote Lecture – 35+5 minutes
- Contributed Talk – 15+5 minutes
All times include discussion.
Uploading your presentation
- Presentations may be submitted on-site at the registration desk in the Slides Centre, from where they are automatically sent to the lecture halls.
- Via Online upload system. The link and password will be provided to participants approximately one week before the conference. Participants will be able to upload their presentations online in advance at any time. The password will be sent to participants approximately one week before the conference.
Accepted formats
- PPTX or PDF
- Recommended aspect ratio: 16:9
On-site presentation setup
Each lecture hall will be equipped with a PC displaying the list of presentations for the current session. Click on your presentation to start.
Posters
- Preferred size: A0 portrait (1189 × 841 mm)
- A1 posters (portrait or landscape) are also acceptable
- Materials for fixing posters will be available on the boards
